Prostate cancer risk factors

Exercise has been one of the most recommended daily routine of doctors. We see a lot of exercise machines being sold in home television shopping channels in order for us to participate in the daily routine. But some men in today’s age have lost the desire to exercise. With the lifestyle men have now, work and money have been the only thing in their minds. On their vacant time, most men would prefer to rest or sleep at their own homes rather than move their body.

Exercise is particularly one of the best ways to avoid prostate cancer. There are a lot of prostate cancer risk factors, and not exercising is one of them. Prostate cancer risk factors don’t just sum up to not exercising. A variety of factors like age, food intake and race could also raise the risk of a person to have prostate cancer. Usually at the age 50, men at risk start to develop the malignant cancer cells in their reproductive bladder especially if their close relatives or 1st generation did have prostate cancer. Food intake is one of the most crucial factors in prostate cancer.

Even if you don’t have a family history of the disease, eating fatty and salty foods could lead to a high risk in prostate cancer. Race has been a debatable risk factor in prostate cancer. According to researches, African Americans have a biggest risk in terms of prostate cancer than any other race in the world with each male of the given race having a 60% chance of acquiring prostate cancer.
